10 Trucking Company Logos To Give Your Business Boost

Read Time:5 Minute, 39 Second

In an industry that is largely dominated by just a few major players, it can be difficult for smaller trucking companies to get recognition. Oftentimes, these smaller companies are able to offer better rates and more flexibility than the larger carriers can, but their ability to do so gets lost in the shuffle of the competition. One way that a trucking company can stand out from the rest is through creative and memorable branding. Well-designed logos will help establish trust between your business and potential customers, as well as improve brand awareness. Let’s look at ten of our favorites here:

US Xpress

It is one of the best trucking company logos. US Xpress is a trucking company that was founded in 1985 and is based in Chattanooga, TN. The company is a subsidiary of Chattanooga-based Covenant Transport Solutions and has more than 10,000 trucks and more than 30,000 employees.

US Xpress employs many drivers who are attracted to the company’s benefits package, including health insurance for employee families and an employee referral program that rewards both sides when you refer a driver who gets hired by US Xpress (the new hire gets $1,000 after one month of employment).

C.R. England

C.R. England is a trucking company that was founded in 1920 by Chester and has since grown to become the largest privately held trucking company in the US. As of 2019, C.R. England has more than 20,000 trucks in its fleet and employs over 6,500 people across the country. The company also runs an extensive training program for new drivers who want to enter the industry as well as helps veterans transition from military service into civilian employment within their organization.

J.B. Hunt Transport Services

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is a trucking company based in the United States and founded in 1961. The company’s logo symbolizes the initials of its founder, Joe Biedenharn, who was known as JBH at the time he founded his trucking business.

Since then, this logo has been used on all company vehicles and trucks to identify them as belonging to JB Hunt Transport Services. It features a yellow rectangle with black letters inside which spell out JB followed by Hunt. This simple design is easily recognizable and instantly identifies any vehicle that belongs to this company or any other one that uses it as inspiration for their own logos (such as Yellow Transportation).

Swift Transportation Co.

Swift Transportation Co. is a trucking company based in Phoenix, Arizona. It was founded by Eldon Swift in 1966 and has since grown to become the second-largest trucking company in the US, with over 8,000 trucks and $2 billion in annual revenue.

Swift Transportation Co.’s logo features a stylized image of an eagle soaring over mountains, along with its tagline: “The Eagle Soars Higher.”

KLLM Transport Services

KLLM Transport Services is a freight company based in the US. It’s a subsidiary of Knight Transportation, which was formed in 1963 as a result of Knight Incorporated’s acquisition of Con-way Freight. The logo features a horse that runs above the KLLM initials and has what appears to be an open book in its claws.

The color scheme for this company logo design is black and golden color. Black signifies power, elegance, and prestige this color also blends well with other colors so it can be used effectively when creating branding materials for your business.

Werner Enterprises

Werner Enterprises is a trucking company based in Omaha, Nebraska. It was founded by Werner in 1956 and has grown to become one of the largest trucking companies in the United States. Werner’s motto is “We Care About Your Load,” which summarizes how it approaches transportation logistics: with care and concern for its customers’ cargo.

Werner is also one of the largest privately held trucking companies in America today. The company operates on five continents with thousands of trucks, trailers, vans, and other vehicles that transport goods for thousands of companies each day.

Heartland Express

Heartland Express is a trucking company that is based in Kansas City, Missouri. It was founded in 1978 by Russel as a refrigerated transportation business. The logo is a red heart. The company has over 3,000 trucks in its fleet and specializes in providing services to pharmaceutical companies, retail chains, and food processors throughout the US and Canada.

Schneider National Carriers

Schneider National is a trucking company, a subsidiary of Schneider National Inc. It provides transportation services for various businesses across the United States. The company was established in 1932 and headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an independent incorporated business, it operates as Schneider Logistics & Transport LLC and has over 1,500 locations in North America and Mexico with around 100,000 employees working under them as drivers or technicians to help deliver their goods safely and on time.

The logo of this trucking company showcases a shield-like shape that shows the words “Schneider National” followed by two stripes – one blue and one red – representing the colors used by two famous American football teams: San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears respectively (the latter being associated with green). In addition to this basic design element, there’s also an image of three stars above these words which represent the three major service lines offered by Schneider: freight forwarding; third party logistics; truckload brokerage services, etc.

Knight Transportation

Knight Transportation, a family-owned trucking company based in Phoenix, Arizona, was founded in 1990. David is a president. Today the company provides freight transportation services for a variety of industries.

Covenant Transport Solutions

The Covenant Transport Solutions logo is a truck driving down a road. The logo uses a red and yellow color scheme, which helps it stand out against other company logos. The tagline “The Right Fit” helps to reinforce the idea of finding the right fit for your business when you’re looking for tracking solutions. Overall, this is an example of how to create an effective trucking company logo that will appeal to customers without being overly complicated or difficult to understand.

Final words

Trucking companies all have a similar logo style, which is what makes them so recognizable. However, there are tons of other types of logos out there that you could be using. For example, if your company focuses on shipping perishable goods then maybe an image such as a bag or box would be more appropriate than something like trucks or roads.

Overall though it’s important to remember that no matter where your business is at right now, it’s never too late for an update! So get designing and see what happens when people notice how great looking these new designs look on their trucks’ sides!
