How to write a Telecommuting Agreement: tips for job seekers

Creating a hybrid or remote workplace is one of the important trends of XXI century. Both the job seeker and the employee benefit from such cooperation. It is recommended to use the Telecommuting Agreement template – a ready-made solution, which is available in programs with a block constructor. It is enough to correctly fill in all the empty cells. What is included in the Telecommuting Contract sample

One of the advantages of remote employment is saving time. There is no need to travel from the suburbs to the office and back every day. When drafting the preliminary text of the contract, it is necessary to show what benefits the employer will receive. It is advisable to stick to several points.

  5. Write about communication support. Explain to the manager that he will be able to contact the remote employee by phone or email during business hours. The employee (e.g., a programmer) will send a weekly report on his activities.
  6. List achievements. Pay special attention to projects that were done independently.

  3. Make a decision. After 1-2 months meet the manager in person and have negotiations. If they are successful, a permanent contract is drawn up.
